Day 1

Today is Day 1! -A clean slate, a fresh start! This is where the magic happens.

To do:

  1. Move your body with intention for at least 30 consecutive minutes. Walk, run, stretch, cycle, lift, jump, pump! Share in the comments once you've completed your activity for the day! Screenshots and selfies are welcome ☺️.

  2. Fill your water up! Aim for 130 oz of water or more a day. You won't hit this everyday but you should try to! Water helps us flush toxins, improve digestion, boost energy, maximize organ function, and really really makes your skin glow!! (There are zero negative side effects and it's free!)

  3. Write out a goal for the week and a goal for the month. Stick it somewhere that you'll see it everyday. (Bathroom mirror is where mine is!)

  4. Eat fresh naturally colorful food. Try and eat the rainbow today. Bonus points if you nail this on one plate!

  5. Extra Credit: Treat yourself to an extra hour of sleep. If possible, unplug 30 mins before bedtime. Take your vitamins, and sleep!
