Don't over complicate it!
Tips to make this journey easier
Eat well: Meal prep one day a week.
Prep: Lay out your workout clothes the night before. Make this a habit.
Hydrate: Keep your water bottle or jug full all day and chug everytime you think about it.
Jam out: Make a motivation playlist and listen to as soon as possible each day.
Sleep: 6-8 hours a night. Period.
Don't delay: Get your physical activity in as early as possible. Just do the damn thing.
Be accountable: post here everyday whether you've met your goals or not, someone needs your energy and light.
Checking in! Got my upper body pump in while the kids were in school. This felt amazing, and I am so glad that I didn't put this off. I needed the energy boost!
