I wanted to share my ap and how it works. This ap is My Fitness Pal. It's a free ap that allows you to track or plan your meals around your specific goals.


I entered my goals for calories and macros.

I follow a mainly plant based diet so protein is always tricky for me.


Although there are TONS of plant protein sources they're not as easy to work into your traditional daily meals as you'd think.
