Check in. How was your week? How did you adjust to daylight savings time? How was your diet? What did you do for activity? Did you increase your water intake?
Give me one win and one thing to improve on next week.
Lesion learned: Holy holy… this week was a struggle. That time change and 20 hours of travel in 3 days was brutal. I needed to rest on Monday and felt guilty skipping my planned activity for strength training but I am SO GLAD that I allowed my body the time it needed to rest.
Wins: Tuesday, Wednesday,Friday, Saturday-I hit it hard. I ate colorful nutritious food, drank water, and went to bed early. I felt amazing.
Losses: Thursday was a total wash and because I’m paying attention I now know why. I started the day with a bad attitude, didn't hydrate and ate terrible. When it came time to workout I was zapped. I won’t do that again.
