Day 14: Rest and Recharge

If you're taking the weekend to rest and recharge you deserve a pat on the back. Studies show that taking 2-3 days a week to allow your body to rest and heal are beneficial to a healthy lifestyle, including building muscle. (Which is the best and fastest way to burn fat! See previous post)


This allows you to be able to push harder during your fitness activity each active day, with less risk of injury and exhaustion.


If you want to develop a new healthy habit because you're sick of being stagnant, exhausted, unwell, bloated, and overweight it is imperative that you understand how to jump in without overdoing it.


Tomorrow is Monday and we're gonna hit the ground running this week. Are you in?


Sunday Prep:

  1. Meal prep 5-7 meals in containers to include protein, veggies, and healthy carbs.

  2. Designate a time to get your physical activity in every day, preferably the same time each day. Eliminate all distractions and excuses.

  3. Lay out your workout outfit for tomorrow, tonight. Make it fun!

  4. Stay accountable. We're here for just that reason! Share your daily wins and goals.

  5. Get EXCITED! Your health isn't daunting. Your well being isn't too difficult. Enjoying your life isn't something to put off for when you're feeling motivated. This should be FUN! Celebrate you, wherever you're at in the journey. Let's do this together.
