How do you plan to stay on track?
Checking in for the day! Just closed my rings super late but got it done. I had MANY obstacles and excuses today and it left me feeling anxious. I didn’t get my scheduled workout in but I did love my body and get 30 mins of yoga in (in my room, candles lit, kids in bed) before a nice steamy shower and bed.
I’m thankful for a strong body that allows me to move and heal and for the developing mind-body connection that enjoys movement so much.
