Day 2: Love Yourself >everything

This one doesn't come easy because, well, we get in our own way. Our thoughts, our habits, our comfort, our obligations all add up in the form of roadblocks.
Loving yourself enough to keep moving past the multitude of things that come up is NOT EASY.
• Meal prepping is a labor of love.
• Waking up early to get a workout in is hard.
• Setting reminders to chug water is less than exciting.
• Skipping a second helping or passing up dessert takes a lot of strength.
If it were easy, everyone would do it. But you're here because you're ready to do something different in order to change something that needs improvement.
You're here because you're choosing yourself again.
That deserves 👏🏼 a standing ovation!!!!!
I want you to find a mirror NOW and look at her. That woman right infront of you, tell her you love her over everything. You love her more than that entire box of girl scout cookies, more than 20 more mins of sleep, more than another slice of pizza, more than the amount of times you've peed today (if you're hitting your water goal that is!)
Can we each comment what you're loving yourself more than today? What are you passing up in the name of love?

Accountability post! This is the time of day where I would typically wind down. Plop on the couch and read or watch tv until dinner time. But I am holding myself to my movement goal so you know what? I'm gonna do some body weight squats and stretching while I watch because there's no reason why I can't.
✌🏼 hope you're moving too!
Whew! Day 2! My legs were talking to me this morning! Taking a break from strength training always means you're going to be a little sore. When you strength train, your muscles endure tiny tears in order to break down and rebuild bigger, stronger muscles. (You should still be able to perform normal tasks with a little soreness.) I'm ready to tackle Day 2, upper body! 💪🏽💪🏽
