If you're here and you pushed through everyday this week šš¼ I am SO PROUD OF YOU! You've probably googled at least one healthy thing, maybe a recipe, workout, new water jug, or a new trendy thing that promises to help you achieve your goals faster.
Can I tell you something? The only thing that will make your body change (for the better) is CONSISTENCY in healthy habits.
Moving your body with intention for at least 30 mins a day
Eating colorful and nutritious food
Practicing self control in your portion sizes
Drinking enough water
Consuming enough protein
Sleeping 6-8 hours a night
What doesn't work?
Waist trainers
Diet pills
Starvation diets
Too much cardio
Unhealthy/unrealistic expectations
Comparison to anyone else
These šš¼ are not sustainable and are very taxing on your precious body/mind.
*I am not a health professional, just a 40 yr old mom who's been at this for long enough to have tried and failed all of those ways many, many times.

Today we are traveling! Although lugging my bags through the airport is a great test of endurance, I need to be intentional! So Iām stretching to prep, taking my HydroJug with me, and wearing comfy shoes so I can take the stairs and skin the escalators today.
