I'll say this: I hate working out this late in the morning because there are way too many distractions and it's easier for me to make excuses then run out of time to get it in.

Me currently, waiting for the garage to warm up with my tiny space heater (it’s 19 deg but feels like 12 with the windchill). Praying my preworkout does it’s job and ready to get this Tuesday IN
I am so incredibly puffy from allergies and extremely tired today! But my goal is to do a 20 minute bike ride & 20 minute yoga sesh 💕 I know I can do it if I push myself
