Looking back at this past month I am so proud of myself! My goal at the beginning of March was to be intentional about doing the things that are good for my body.
I have worked hard to keep things consistent and given myself grace when things didn't go as planned (this is new for me!). I've listened when my body needed more sleep, more water, more resistance, and more nourishment.
This month I was able to get my bearing and figure out what works and what doesn't. I'm ready to push myself a little harder in order to continue to reach my overall health goals.
