Night Cap

How do you feel at the end of your day?

With kids in school my time between pickup and "goodnight" are pretty hectic. Some days I count down to bedtime, anticipating my fluffy warm bed.

I had gotten into the habit of plopping down, scrolling scocial media and emails, flipping channels, and then finding myself wide awake and anxious come 11:00 pm. This never, not once, let me wake up feeling great.

So I started a new routine for MYSELF. Just me. Once the kids are tucked in and the house was quiet I light my candle. I set out my yoga mat. I turn overhead lights off and small lamps for ambient light on. I do some gentle yoga. I enjoy being led for this since I'm newer at the practice so I found a great beginners 30 day yoga on Prime Video. It's quick, it feels good on my tight muscles, and it has allowed me to wind down appropriately.

Since I've stated this new routine I have slept AMAZING, every night.

Sharing the link below so you can check it out. Hope it's helpful! This is for ANY LEVEL of fitness.
