The day before Day 1

Welcome! Thanks for joining me on this journey to feeling, looking, and doing better - inside and out. Tomorrow is Day 1!

Meet me where ever you're at. Any level of fitness, any diet or meal plan, any fitness goal, we will move forward with intention.

Let's use this space to check in, share tips, recipes, wins, and everything in between! There really is only one rule : do it on purpose.


Personally, my goal is to get stronger. I don't weigh in or stick to a particular meal plan or diet. I measure my progress by paying attention to how I feel. Not knocking anything, this is only what I've found over the last few years has worked best for me. You do whatever is best for you! If you're not sure about that yet, we can discover your best practices together!


Accountability is the name of the game. Here we are all held accountable to ourselves, to our bodies, to our health. We are also holding each other accountable. Motivation and inspiration comes in many forms but the check-in daily process is fool proof. Each day share at least one comment, picture, tip, gif, recipe, playlist, goal or plan. It doesn't have to be anything lengthy but it does save your space in this community. Together we can do anything we put our minds to. In the words of Beyoncè "Who run the world? Girls!"


I can't wait to kickoff bright and early tomorrow!

What you'll need:

-Apple Watch to share progress with each other OR post screenshot of your Fitbit in the comments daily

-Water bottle - yes we're gonna hydrate!

-A space to workout, stretch, rest. This doesn't have to be big! Just enough space to move your body
